Qualifications
The Maintenance Technician will ensure environmental cleanliness, maintenance and repair of Agency facilities and equipment.
Qualifications Required:
- HS diploma or GED with 2 years maintenance or construction experience; AZ drivers license with clean driving record and be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess home telephone and reliable transportation.
- Ability to maintain landscaping.
- Ability to perform general electrical and plumping work.
- Ability to maintain inventory and MSDA sheets of custodial supplies.
- Ability to operate basic shop tools and equipment.
- Ability to make minor repairs to basic shop tools and equipment.
- Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
- Possess knowledge of general carpentry and state and city codes.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends on-call.
- Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance and pass a background check.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
